Shipping + Returns


All UK orders take 1-4 working days. USA and EU orders can take up to 2 weeks. All packages are posted via Royal Mail First Class Recorded.
                                                                                                               Asian and African orders can take up to 1-4 weeks.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Tracking number is only provided if requested via email ( 

Returns/Exchange Conditions

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns if it is within 7 days of receiving goods with proof of purchase i.e. Paypal receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding the original deliver costs). Please contact us at before returning products. Please Note: Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted and will only be sent back if shipping cost is paid fully.

Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline for our returns/exchange policy:


                 Include our Return Form and the Return Item(s) in its original condition.

                 Items must not be damaged/worn.

                 Items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging attached.

                 Orders must be returned within 10 days from receiving your products.

                 Exceptions and other conditions will be noted within the item description.

                 Evaluation process may take up to 24 days from receipt.

                 Sales/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for return.

                 All returns will be refunded in through your original form of payment.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until Arsalan LTD receives package. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Once we receive your package, we will evaluate the products before proceeding with exchanging or refunding your order in store credits.

Upon dispute, Arsalan LTD reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.PLEASE NOTE: GARMENTS FROM AUTUMN/WINTER 14-15 COLLECTION ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
